An ancient legend (which we may have crafted ourselves, somewhat recently) says that whoever touches the waters of the Dell River becomes beautiful. It’s fun to think of a magic fix that can solve our physical problems … (I’m too fat, too thin, my hair too curly, too straight…). The truth is that we all have inherent beauty — it’s a matter of recognizing and celebrating that beauty. And yes, we do use a bit of “magic” in our portraits… We utilize makeup and hairstyling, and most importantly, we direct lighting and gentle posing to create the most flattering image possible. And then, we all need just a little bit of post production touch up!
