Do you have the cutest doggie in Orlando? Prove it! Pooch Playoffs is a national photography competition, where families enter their dogs to be photographed by Dell River Imagery. Yes, it is a fund raiser! This year, we are sending proceeds to FLIP FARM in California. Why across the country? Well, we just LOVE the work that Rocky and Kelly Kanaka are doing to rescue and rehabilitate dogs, with SO MUCH LOVE!!!
Besides that, they have a youtube channel, Sitting With Dogs, which encourages people to volunteer at local shelters. And if THAT is not enough, Flip Farm will subsidize transportation costs for adoptions all around the country. In our book, that makes them LOCAL!!
So, how does Pooch Playoffs work, exactly?
In lieu of a session fee, each participant pays $99, which goes straight to FLIP FARM. Each family will receive a key chain with a picture of their dog right on it!
After the photographs have all been taken, the images will be posted on line in a bracketed competition. People will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite pooch!
The winner will receive a full family photo session, including wall art, as well as doggie-related prizes.
